Communications

In order to keep in touch with parents we use a system called Parentmail® which enables us to send our letters and messages direct to you by email and text message. The ParentMail® service is registered with the Data Protection Registrar and guarantees that all information supplied will be kept completely private. 

There is also no advertising associated with the scheme. All normal correspondence to you will be sent by Parentmail® and in addition, any emergency information (when the school has to close unexpectedly or cannot open) will be sent to you by text.

Those of you who do not have access to email/mobiles may use our computers in the ICT suite before or after school to view letters on our website.  

Our school messages will be sent from the email address info@parentmail.co.uk. Please make sure you add this address to your email address book (or approved sender list) in order to prevent messages being blocked by your spam/junk filters. Please also check your junk/spam folder regularly in case messages go there. 

If you do join the scheme please ensure that you keep your email/mobile details up to date not only with the school office but also with Parentmail direct.  The school does not have access to your parentmail account to do this for you
