To support their literacy work and story-writing this term, our Y5 children were visited by Mrs Buck’s dog Pickle. In the story we are writing, a child (Ben) receives a puppy as a present. Ben is a boy who isn’t like other children. This puppy changes his life in more ways than one. We are learning how to write effective narratives as we continue to develop our literacy skills. A huge thank you to Mrs Buck for bringing in Pickle to meet our Y5 children. #engageandinspire #nurtureandgrowth #prideandjoy
