Our Y6 children have been studying different artists each week, looking at the artist’s inspiration, how they produce their art and what that art means to the audience. Last week, we looked at contemporary artist Fiona Rae, with an emphasis on how she works in her studio. We looked at questions we can ask ourselves to unpick what each piece of art means to us and the feelings it can evoke.
