Our Y3 children enjoyed a lovely trip to Grimsthorpe Castle last week, where they completed a treasure hunt around the castle, spotting items of significance, such as a throne used by Queen Victoria, as well as a painting with a chilling optical illusion. They also visited the gardens and went on an insect hunt, as well as learning how pollination works. There was, of course, time built in for a good play in the adventure playground as well!
