This term in DT, our Y4 children have been taking part in the Great Biscuit Bake Off. We have been making biscuits for the office staff to say thank you for all they do (making something for someone with purpose). We tried out the basic recipe in the first week and have since learned about adaptations, budgets, target audience and packaging. We concluded the project by baking our finished recipe with added ingredients and presenting it to the office staff in our finished gift boxes (who were very grateful and enjoyed eating the biscuits!). #engageandinspire #prideandjoy #nurtureandgrow
