This week, our Y5/6 chidldren were joined by Sam Ruddock (Paralympian) who is part of the Inspire+ team, but more excitingly, a Gold Medallist in his cycling disciple (Kilo). He spoke to the children about the importance of focus and how sleep, water and organisation are the three key points to making good decisions.
