Over the past few weeks, two inspiring athletes have joined our Y6 children for some motivational talks. Firstly, Jonathan Broom-Edwards MBE, who is a Paralympian Gold medal athlete in high jump, spoke to the children about his career and the importance of body language. Secondly, Joe Roebuck, who is a GB Olympic swimmer, (ten times British Champion, double Commonwealth silver medallist, double European medallist and London 2012 Olympic semi-finalist) visited us. These athletes have inspired our children to work hard, never give up and always believe in themselves.
