Today our Y1 children were visited by Mitch from 'Bugfest' who brought with him an amazing selection of bugs. The children were able to handle the bugs first hand and were taught lots of amazing facts about each of the creatures! This event has supported the children very well with their science topic this term 'On Safari; vertebrates and invertebrates'. Huge thanks to our PTFA who funded this visit by Bugfest. #prideandjoy #engageandinspire #nurtureandgrowth
