Appeals for EYFS places must usually be submitted by mid-May.  This year, 2025, the deadline was 19 May 2025 for children to start in September 2025. Appeals for other year groups should be submitted as soon as possible after an application has been refused.

If you wish to appeal for a place at our school, please complete the form below and then submit it to the Clerk to the Trustee Board Body either by email to clerk@malcolmsargent.lincs.sch.uk, or by post/hand marked for the attention of The Clerk to the Trustee Board at Malcolm Sargent Primary School, Empingham Road, Stamford, PE9 2SR.

For deferrals, parents should apply for a place in the usual way in the year prior to the normal start date for their child. Please click here for information on the admission process. Once a place has been offered, the parent should contact the Admissions Team at Lincolnshire County Council on 01522 552222 to request a deferral.
